I’m a lecturer at the department for psychological methods and evaluation at the FernUniversität in Hagen, where I’ve been working in different roles before. Previously, I’ve worked in Social Psychology at Marburg University, where I also received my Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict studies. My Bachelor studies in Psychology were based at the University of Hildesheim.

Description of research

My research interests include the effects of valence intergroup contact and perceived contact quality, as well as the relationship between social psychological factors and (minority) health. I thereby combine basic and applied research. My core focus is on the utilization of new paradigms to address these research questions.
