"The project aims to bridge the gap between research and practice, which is a challenging but enjoyable task that can provide value to both sides. I enjoy working on this project because it offers a wide variety of tasks, ranging from content-related considerations and discussions to the organization and implementation of surveys. New tasks are constantly arising, so it never gets boring. I am excited to hear the ideas from the young people participating in the prevention efforts on how they can make their school a more tolerant place!"
